The Hamacados Arm\u00f3nicos\u00ae technique is an innovative system of education through movement. Using gentle, non-intrusive movements, it helps release deeply rooted physical and mental patterns, facilitates deep relaxation, and enhances physical mobility and mental clarity.<\/p>

What most distinguishes the Hamacados Arm\u00f3nicos\u00ae technique from other somatic disciplines is the intention behind the therapist\u2019s mobilizations, aimed at gently releasing rigid patterns in the patient\u2019s mind.<\/p>

You will interact directly with both the person and their pattern, seeking ways to release accumulated energy in the body or simply to regulate the nervous system.<\/p>

You will learn to move with the patient toward an understanding of what it feels like to let go. Roger Jackson is a practitioner of Somatic Experiencing\u00ae, Californian Massage, and Esalen\u00ae Massage, as well as a yoga teacher, certified in Circling, and a philosopher. Throughout his life, he has pursued a spiritual path that has led him to integrate his studies and career with a spiritual approach.<\/p>

He has been working as a somatic therapist for 16 years and served as the Director of Oasis \u2013 School of Californian Massage and Healing Arts<\/strong> in Buenos Aires from 2012 to February 2022.<\/p>

Roger is trained in a variety of other bodywork techniques, including deep tissue massage, trigger points, and Hamacados Arm\u00f3nicos\u00ae.<\/p>

He maintains a regular practice of 5 Rhythms\u00ae<\/strong> and has spent significant time meditating with Advaita Vedanta teacher Tony Moo, affectionately known as Mooji.<\/p>

Currently, Roger lives in London, where he works with private clients and offers group classes focused on nervous system regulation as a tool for self-empowerment, trauma resolution, and deepening connection.<\/p>
