If canceled within less than 7 days, 50% of the amount will be refunded.<\/p><h4>Weekly Classes<\/h4><p>No refunds will be given for registrations paid on the day of the informational meeting.<\/p><ul><li>If the participant cancels the registration for weekly classes more than <strong>30 days in advance<\/strong>, the amount paid will be refunded minus <strong>10%<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If the participant cancels the registration <strong>less than 30 days in advance<\/strong>, the amount paid will be refunded minus <strong>50%<\/strong>. Alternatively, the participant may transfer the paid amount to another course at the school, to be used within one year from the date of the change.<\/li><li>Once the course has started, <strong>no refunds<\/strong> will be issued.<\/li><li>If the participant leaves the course <strong>within the first month<\/strong>, no refunds will be given.<\/li><li>If the participant <strong>attended up to 2 classes<\/strong> in a month without having paid for that month, the registration fee will be used to cover the outstanding balance.<\/li><li>If the participant <strong>attended more than 2 classes<\/strong> in a month, they must pay for the full month.<\/li><li>The full tuition must be paid on the first day of the course, with no exceptions.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Intensive Courses (More than 9 Days) and Esalen Certification<\/h4><ul><li>If the participant cancels the registration more than <strong>30 days in advance<\/strong>, the amount paid will be refunded minus <strong>banking and\/or currency exchange fees<\/strong>.<\/li><li>If the participant cancels <strong>less than 30 days in advance<\/strong>, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Alternatively, the participant may transfer <strong>70% of the amount<\/strong> to another course offered by the school.<\/li><li>If the participant cancels <strong>less than 7 days in advance<\/strong>, no refunds will be issued. In this case, the participant may transfer the amount paid <strong>minus 30%<\/strong> to another course at the school.<\/li><li>Once the course has started, <strong>no refunds<\/strong> will be issued, nor will the amount be transferable to another course.<\/li><li>The full tuition must be paid before the start of the course, with no exceptions.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Weekend Intensives<\/h4><p>No refunds will be issued for registrations paid on the day of the informational meeting.<\/p><ul><li>If the participant cancels the registration more than <strong>7 days in advance<\/strong>, the amount paid will be refunded minus <strong>25%<\/strong> for administrative fees. Otherwise, the participant may transfer <strong>100% of the amount<\/strong> to another course at the school.<\/li><li>If the participant cancels <strong>less than 7 days in advance<\/strong>, no refunds will be issued.
