a basic understanding of the two main teaching elements: Californian Massage and Psychosomatic Bodywork.<\/p><p>It is designed to ignite your passion for bodywork and to initiate your professional journey, allowing you to continue with the annual training or the semi-intensive and intensive programs at our institute to become a Spazio Bodywork Practitioner.<\/p><p>These weekends focus on understanding Spazio Bodywork as an integrative practice, characterized by its enveloping wave-like motion; long, fluid, and integrative movements that form the foundation for deep-contact techniques.<\/p><p>The practice primarily uses hands, forearms, and elbows, with oils that facilitate fluidity.<\/p><p>On a psychosomatic level, we will explore self-regulation resources, neuroception (the sense of safety), presence, grounding, and other tools that may be necessary depending on the group&#8217;s needs.<\/p><p>All of this will be accompanied by exercises to awaken sensory awareness and help us become more embodied\u2014 the foundation of this work.
