In the format of an Intensive, you will learn in a short but intensive period of time the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to work with the body in a holistic and deep way. This work is complemented with basic knowledge of energy balancing, active meditations by Osho, conscious breathing and movement (Gabrielle Roth’s 5 Rhythms Dance and Continuum technique). All of this helps to achieve greater body awareness and relaxation.<\/p>

Furthermore, he fundamental basis of this practice is that you learn to take care of your hands and body in such a way that you can do this work without getting tired or hurt. Our primary goal is for each student to develop sensitivity, intuitive awareness and confidence, as well as the ability to stay centred, fluid and truly present while providing conscious touch.
