Cancellation policy – Refunds

Promotional Workshops

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours before the workshop. If canceled within less than 7 days, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Weekly Classes

No refunds will be given for registrations paid on the day of the informational meeting.

• If the participant cancels the registration for weekly classes more than 30 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus 10%.
• If the participant cancels the registration less than 30 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus 50%. Alternatively, the participant may transfer the paid amount to another course at the school, to be used within one year from the date of the change.
• Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
• If the participant leaves the course within the first month, no refunds will be given.
• If the participant attended up to 2 classes in a month without having paid for that month, the registration fee will be used to cover the outstanding balance.
• If the participant attended more than 2 classes in a month, they must pay for the full month.
• The full tuition must be paid on the first day of the course, with no exceptions.

Intensive Courses (More than 9 Days) and Esalen Certification

• If the participant cancels the registration more than 30 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus banking and/or currency exchange fees.
• If the participant cancels less than 30 days in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Alternatively, the participant may transfer 70% of the amount to another course offered by the school.
• If the participant cancels less than 7 days in advance, no refunds will be issued. In this case, the participant may transfer the amount paid minus 30% to another course at the school.
• Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued, nor will the amount be transferable to another course.
• The full tuition must be paid before the start of the course, with no exceptions.

Weekend Intensives

No refunds will be issued for registrations paid on the day of the informational meeting.

• If the participant cancels the registration more than 7 days in advance, the amount paid will be refunded minus 25% for administrative fees. Otherwise, the participant may transfer 100% of the amount to another course at the school.
• If the participant cancels less than 7 days in advance, no refunds will be issued. The participant may transfer the full amount to another course at the school.
• If the participant fails to attend the course without prior notice, no refunds or transfers will be allowed.
• If the participant cancels the registration for a course more than twice, no refunds or transfers will be allowed.
• The full tuition must be paid before the start of the course, with no exceptions.
