As part of and a requirement for the training to become a certified Spazio Bodywork practitioner, we offer online courses to acquire a basic and necessary understanding of the complexities and interrelationships of the human body.
The Anatomy and Physiology course teaches about are doors to expand body consciousness doors to move with greater precision and freedom. The Neurophysiology course teaches all about the regulation of the nervous system.
